Keshav Encon began its journey in Nov. 2010, established by industry enthusiast Engineer Mr. Vinod Viradiya, having rich first hand field experience of 16 years in Refineries and Petrochemicals.
Keshav Encon, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company is based out of Vadodara Gujarat, a hub of process and manufacturing industries.
The aim of establishing the company is to provide solutions & services in various fields catering to entire cross section of industries such as Petrochemicals, Refineries, Oil & Gas, Power generation, Metals & Minerals etc.
With professional approach and strong desire to create value for our clients, KE has in short span of time, won confidence of the Industry leaders and we are proud to say that we have catered more than 20 of our esteemed clients all across India till March 2020.

Encouraged by the support and response of our clients in India for our services in above mentioned areas, KE decided to further expand its business operation for providing services abroad as a government certified RA (Recruitment Agency) and considering our track record, Ministry Of External Affairs, Govt. Of India has issued License as a certified Recruitment Agency for Overseas deployment.
WHY US?
At the outset, we would like to proudly mention that Keshav Encon has experience of providing operation and maintenance service on single point responsibility basis in oil and gas sector, storage capacity of 4 Million Metric Tonnes, for couple of years. We are not only a manpower supplier who ends his responsibilities by merely deputing required manpower at client’s site and if some complains come, provide replacement. We take full and single point responsibility for all jobs we undertake and ensure that clients are more than happy, actually delighted by our services. We take following care:
- Stringent criteria in selection of manpower not only in technical skills but for all other aspects which are crucial for performance
- We don’t leave our people alone at sites, we take care of deployed personnel and resolve his issues so that client gets best service,
- We are particularly concerned about Safety at site work and also follow client’s safety Policy in letter and spirit.
- Zero dispute with clients: In ten years of our operations, there are no unsettled matters with any of our client, in fact we provide Arbitration Services and are member of Indian Council of Arbitration.
- If the type of job and/or the client demands, KE enters in to NDA.
- We have a well equipped full-fledged back end office providing support to our teams deployed at site.
- We have entered in to an agreement for using inspection/testing facility of Anup Engineering to full-fill the requirement of overseas jobs.
